π So good to run with the amazing @thebreathrunningcoach today! π
David is taking on the incredible challenge of running 200 marathons in 100 consecutive days to raise Β£1 million for brain injury charities Headway - the brain injury association and Head For Change. π
It was a privilege to join him for part of today's run and see so many people out supporting this incredible challenge. Every mile and every word of encouragement makes a difference. π
David is back again tomorrow, starting from Nottingham Rugby Club / Lady Bay at 7:00am, with runners welcome to join throughout the day.
If you're free, come along and run a few miles, cheer David on, or simply show your support for this fantastic cause. ππ§‘

𧑠We really need your help! π§‘
We're short on volunteers for Outlaw Triathlon Original Nottingham on Sunday 26th July and Nottingham Triathlon Club is running one of the run feed stations.
You don't need any triathlon or volunteer experience at all. Just bring plenty of energy, encouragement and a smile π
Volunteering is a fantastic way to experience the race-day atmosphere, support hundreds of athletes and give something back to the triathlon community.
As a volunteer you'll receive:
𧑠Race credit
π Food
π Volunteer t-shirt
π A gift
βΊ Free camping if you're volunteering for 6+ hours
If you're available and would like to help, please get in touch. We'd love to have you on the team! π
