A new name

On July 3rd 2020 Absolute Triathlon Club changed its name to Nottingham Triathlon Club.

Absolute Triathlon Club was formed in 2009 and began as a community project to provide opportunities in triathlon to local children. With the help of a Community Sports Fund grant from Nottingham City Council the the club grew quickly. Fast forward to the present and the club continues to grow and thrive with several sessions across the week and a pioneering junior club.

In 2019 the club was awarded the British Triathlon Bronze Tri Mark and is currently working to achieve the Silver accreditation.

The club is always welcoming new members and is comprised of athletes of all abilities, from those who are wanting to participate in a  triathlon for the first time to more experienced triathletes training for specific races.
