Adult Squad Training

We offer a range of training sessions throughout the week. All our training sessions are led by qualified British Triathlon coaches and designed to improve both your technique and endurance with a focus on the skills needs for triathlon.

What happens after your taster session?

We hope that you enjoyed your session, if you are still unsure arrange to come along for a second session. We also encourage you to talk to other members and our coaches. We want you to be certain that our training works for you and will help you achieve your goals.

If you have decided to train with us we’ll go through next steps with you but here are some things to know:

  • You will need to be a member of Nottingham Triathlon Club and to attend training sessions.
  • We have annual and short term membership options and a range of discounted packages. 
  • All training must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. 
  • Adult sessions are available on a pay monthly or pay as you go basis. 
  • All pay as you go bookings are  managed through British Triathlon’s ClubSpark website. You will need to use your British Triathlon account,  or set up a free account if you do not have one, to login to ClubSpark.
