Junior Squad – Training (HH)
A triathlon focused training session led by British Triathlon qualified coaches. This session is usually broken into two 1 hour long sessions with a 30 minute break. The first hour session is usually a swim session and the second hour a mix of bike and run training. The sessions may be different on some weeks due to pool availability or weather conditions. Throughout the year race focused training will be incorporated, for example, transition practice.
All training sessions are paid for by monthly standing order.
