NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TO BE HELD ON MONDAY 16TH JANUARY 2023
The Annual General Meeting for Nottingham Triathlon Club will be held on Monday 16th January 2023 at 8pm. The meeting will be held virtually on Zoom (link will be posted a few days prior to the meeting). The meeting will start promptly, so please ensure you are logged in a few minutes before the start time. All adult members and parents of junior members are very welcome to attend.

- Vision and growth of the club for 2023
- Budget and fees for 2023
- Election of Officers
- Meeting close
All committee members serve for a 2 year term after which their role is open for re-election by the club’s members. The roles which are to be elected are: Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Head Coach, Junior Membership Coordinator, Kit co-ordinator, Social Media/Communications Officer.
