East Midlands Cross Country league
Nottingham Triathlon Club will be joining the East Midlands league in 2023 
Dates for your diary:
- 22 Jan – Holme Pierrepont
- 29 Jan – Bramcote Park
- 5 Feb – Colwick Woods
- 12 Feb – Long Eaton
Entry is free for club members.
Ladies races are roughly 5k, mens are roughly 10k. Mass start for all participants and this league is local and friendly.
Club vests/T-shirts must be worn to participate.
Trail shoes or spikes highly recommended (particularly if the weather has been wet!)
This series is local, super friendly and suitable for all ages and abilities. The more runners we get the better – all very welcome!
Holme Pierrepont is a great one to try if you’ve never done XC before. No pressure to do all races.
